Manage the database of people who interact with your website

The CRM tool enables you to keep track of Contacts - the people who interact with your business through your website. Your Contacts may be associated with Companies & Causes in your CRM, leads, customers, volunteers, email subscribers, or any combination of these.
You can add new contact records by following the guidance here.
Managing a Contact Record
Once a contact exists in your CRM, you can edit their details by going to CRM > Contacts and clicking on their name. Then you can view and/or edit the information in their Contact Record.
- All Contact data is visible and editable, if necessary.
- You can view any Associated Companies that exist in your CRM, or link the contact to a company.
- You can Request a Review using Locable's built-in Review tool.
- You can mark the contact as a Subscriber (for use in the Express Email Newsletter tool).
- You can view any Membership the contact is associated with (if your account uses our Membership Management tool).
- You can add notes to keep with the contact record.
- You can see any recent activity the contact has had with your website.
- You can see any events this contact has registered for on your website through Event Registration.
- You can see any orders that have been placed on your website through the built-in Online Storefront.
Exporting your Contact Records
You have the option to export all of your contact records to a spreadsheet by going to CRM > Contacts and clicking Export All.
Then you will see this message:
Once your export has been completed, you will receive an email with the .csv file of your entire Contact database.
You can also choose to only export the data you see on your screen - 10-100 entries depending on your selection here:
