Manually Collecting Reviews with Locable
The fastest way to request a review is to click Request Review on your Locable Dashboard.
You can also reach this page by clicking the Request Review option in the Feedback & Reviews section and adding the contact's details:
You can also visit individual contacts in your database (click CRM > Contacts in the main menu and find the contact) then click Request Review:
How we collect reviews
Once you've clicked to Request a Review, Locable will send an email to the contact requesting feedback on a scale of 1-10, if they select a high number we will prompt them to leave a review. Since the contact is already in your CRM, no registration or sign-in is required and they can quickly provide a review.
After clicking on one of the numerical responses, we ask for a review (see below), or if they're unhappy and click a low number we will collect private feedback.
Upon submission, we thank them and prompt them to also review you on any social media profiles added to your account. This enables you to grow your reputation there as well.
NOTE: We send a Request Review email when you initially request it, and again in 3 and 7 days if they have not left a review or opted out.
Your Review Request Link
You also have the option to share your Review Request link on your website or in any email you send. You can find this link on the Feedback & Reviews > Request Review page:
Once that link is clicked, the user will be able to begin the review process:
Publishing Reviews
Published reviews will appear on your website wherever you've placed Reviews Embed Widgets (or the Reviews Feed if using Locable's Web Builder).
