How to Get Started With Your New Website

Before you continue, we want to make sure you know that we are here to help in the following ways:

  1. You can always click the question mark in the lower right-hand corner of your site when logged in to ask us a question or email us at [email protected] We do our best to respond within 24 hours to all inquiries  (but sometimes it's a little longer over the weekend).
  2. There are several great resources available to you including this knowledge base and the member resource library. The knowledge base has answers to our most frequently asked questions about how to use the Community Content Engine (what we call the technology that powers your site) while the member resource library has lots of great resources for you including the ad placements and sizes for your site. Be sure to familiarize yourself with both. When logged into your site you can access both of these resources by clicking on the question mark in the upper nav bar.
  3. There are lots of other great resources available to you as well including our Facebook group for local publishers where you can connect with other like-minded publishers and our weekly newsletter which shares tips and tricks on best practices.
