Collect Payments Through Your Locable Account using Stripe as the Credit Card Processor

Stripe is an industry-leading credit card processor with competitive rates. It only takes about 5 minutes to set up and there are no upfront fees - only transaction fees.
All transactions processed through Locable are run through your linked Stripe account. Notably, Locable never charges added fees for any transactions and, thus, you only pay merchant fees to Stripe.
Things to know

Depending on your plan, you may have limited access to Online Storefront (e-commerce) tools or Form Payment tools. Learn more about what is included in each plan on our Pricing Page.

Your Storefront can be added to your website or microsite Powered by Locable or you can sell through your Locable Profile.

All Orders are tracked in your Online Storefront and linked to the purchaser in the integrated CRM (based on their email address).

Stripe must be connected in order for you to complete any transactions through your Locable account
Create a Stripe Account
If you don’t already have a Stripe account, follow these steps:
- Go to Stripe’s website.
- Click on Sign Up or Start Now.
- Complete the registration form with your business and personal details.
- Verify your email address.
- Follow any additional steps to complete your Stripe account setup.
Connect Your Stripe Account to your Locable Account
To get started, log in to your Locable account and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner. Select Account Settings (1). Then go to Integrations (2) in the left-hand menu.
Click Link Account under the Stripe logo to begin the process of linking your account.
Input the email address associated with your Stripe account and click Submit.
Then follow Stripe's prompts to 'Connect My Stripe account' and grant Locable access to pass product and pricing information to Stripe for processing.
NOTE: You will need to approve all requested permissions in order to complete the linking of your accounts.
Once linked, you'll get a confirmation and see a change on the Linked Accounts page:
If needed, you can disconnect your linked Stripe account by clicking the 'Disconnect Stripe' button.
NOTE: If Stripe is disconnected your products will no longer be available for purchase online and your online forms with payments enabled will not work.
