Adding Your Form to a Webpage
Once your form is built, you have two easy options for adding it to a webpage:

Use our built-in embed tool to display the form on a Locable-powered page (recommended).

Use the provided Form embed code to add your form to an external, third-party website.
Both options allow you to present your form cleanly and securely, whether you're collecting contacts, registrations, or feedback.
Option 1: Add a Form to a Locable-Powered Webpage
Go to Website > Manage Webpages to edit the page and add the Embed OR create a new custom page to add your form to.
Then click to Embed and choose the Contact Form option to select the specific form for your page.

Pro Tip: If you simply need a form to 'live' on its own page, you can clone a page that is already set up with just a form, like your Subscribe page.
Option 2: Embed the Form on a Third-Party Website
Locable’s embedded forms are secure, mobile-friendly, and can be added almost anywhere with just a few lines of code.
If you want to add your form to a site that’s not powered by Locable, go to Marketing Tools > Forms. Here you can find our provided custom embed code in your Form Settings:
