Available for all plans on the Locable Marketing Platform

Setting up your website's navigation is an important step. You can easily manage the header and footer of your site by adding pages, dropdown menus, and links off your site.

To manage your navigation follow the following steps:

  1. Click into the main menu, Website > Navigation Menus

  2. Click and drag (on the 3 lines to the left of an item) to reorder existing menu items

  3. Add internal links, external links, or dropdown menus

  4. Save your work by scrolling to the bottom of the page

When you add an internal link, the page name will match what is defined on that page however you can add a custom name for the label, if necessary. The label is what will display on your site's navigation menu.

For the Dropdown Label: this is a label only. To add items under a dropdown, you'll click (on the 3 lines next to the item you'd like) and drag and pull in under the dropdown and drop. When it's been added under the dropdown, you'll see a slight indent.

Please Note: If you'd like to add a new page to your navigation, you must first create the page (if it doesn't exist already) by visiting Website > Manage Webpages > Custom Pages + (or clone an existing page).

Once the page is created it will be available to use in your navigation menu and on button links within pages and all pages show whether or not it's included in your main nav bar.

Here is an example of how you can drag and drop to reorder.
