[Integrations](https://help.locable.com/the-locable-marketing-platform?hsLang=en#integrations) # How to Link your Facebook Page to your Locable Account Available for all plans on the Locable Marketing Platform   Linking your Facebook page to your Locable account can provide an efficient way for you to share your content (blog posts and event posts) to your Facebook page, and synchronize key Company Profile business data including business hours. Once connected your Locable account will share Reach and Engagement information for shared content.   To link your Facebook page, **click on Your Name** in the upper right-hand corner then **Account Settings (1)**. On the left click **Integrations (2)**. Then click **Link Facebook (3)** to begin the connection with Facebook. ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-20-2026-04-57-29-5381-PM.png?width=2530&height=1332&name=image-png-Jul-20-2026-04-57-29-5381-PM.png) **You must now confirm your Facebook login. It will indicate the Facebook account you are currently logged into.**  **![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-04-47-32-6673-PM.png?width=670&height=331&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-04-47-32-6673-PM.png)** Once you choose the Facebook login and click to Continue, you will choose the Facebook business page you wish to link to Locable. You may have many business accounts to choose from if you manage many pages.  ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-04-24-2079-PM.png?width=660&height=734&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-04-24-2079-PM.png)   **NOTE**: If you don't have any pages listed but are an owner/manager of a Facebook account, be sure that you used the correct email account to sign into Facebook. To correct this click 'Log into another account' to connect with the appropriate email address.    If you have continued with your current Facebook login and it is not connected to your business page, you will see a message indicating there are no business accounts. ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-03-30-9592-PM.png?width=670&height=271&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-03-30-9592-PM.png)   Once you've selected the **Facebook Page**, you will be asked to grant Locable the necessary permissions. **You must approve ALL of the permissions requested in order for Locable to be connected.** ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-04-59-32-0757-PM.png?width=651&height=731&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-04-59-32-0757-PM.png)   When you have finished approving all of the required permissions, click **Done**. At this point you will see that your account is now linked: ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-20-00-3476-PM.png?width=670&height=472&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-20-00-3476-PM.png) You can click Edit Categories to assign up to 3 Facebook categories to your account: ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-20-36-5682-PM.png?width=670&height=224&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-05-20-36-5682-PM.png)   ### Syncing data between Locable and Facebook Once Locable is connected to your Facebook page you can begin syncing content from your Locable account to your Facebook page. #### Syncing Business Data When you make updates in your **Company Profile (1)** area, you'll see an option to **Review & Sync (2)** your data to your Facebook Page. ![](https://help.locable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-03-2024-06-24-20-6610-PM.png?width=670&height=492&name=image-png-Jun-03-2024-06-24-20-6610-PM.png) You can see how your business appears on Facebook by clicking **View Page**. Whenever you update your Company Profile information in Locable, scroll to the bottom and click **Save**. You will then be prompted to review and sync any data that doesn't match your Facebook page.   ### **Benefits of Connecting your Facebook page:** This integration enables you to make updates to basic business details in one place, rather than having to do so in Locable and again on Facebook.
