How to Claim Your Locable Business Profile Account
A step-by-step guide to claiming your free Locable Business Profile account.

Claiming your free Locable Business Profile account helps you get more visibility and expand the reach of your events, promotions, and business information.
When you connect your calendar or add events through your profile, your content doesn't just appear in one place. It can be shared across our community network, helping more residents, visitors, and customers discover what's happening at your business.
You stay in control of your content. We're simply helping extend the reach of your content through trusted local organizations and community websites that participate in the Locable network.

This quick process ensures your business is ready to take advantage of Locable’s powerful tools for collaboration, cross-promotion, and simplified marketing activities. Follow the steps below to get started!
Step 1: Access Your Invitation
To begin, click the link in the invitation email you received from your community organization. This link will take you to the signup page, where you can create your login credentials by entering your name and email address, and setting a secure password.

Step 2: Confirm Your Email
After submitting your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Be sure to open it and click the confirmation link to verify your account. This step must be completed before you can proceed.

Step 3: Complete Your Business Details
Once your email is confirmed, you will log into Locable and you’ll be directed to a page where you can input your business details.
Fill in your business name, address, and any other requested information to ensure your profile is accurate and ready for use.

Step 4: Select Your Business Profile
After submitting your business details, you’ll be prompted to choose the matching business profile from our database, if one already exists.

Simply select your business by clicking This is My Business to proceed.
It's important to select the existing business profile if a match is found so your account will be properly linked to your Community Organization.
If no match is found, click Create it to create a new business profile.
NOTE: If you select an existing profile, your request will require approval.

From here you can click 'Go to Dashboard' to access your account. While waiting for approval, your business profile will indicate 'pending approval'. Once approved, you’ll have full access to your account.

Once approved, click on the business to open the account.

Step 5: Complete your Account Setup
Indicate what type of organization you are so we can properly guide you in your account:

To complete your account setup and help us provide you with the best guidance, you’ll then be prompted to let us know what you would like to accomplish first.

Based on your choice, you will be taken to the appropriate section in your account so you can complete the selected action.
If you click Skip, you will be taken to your Locable Dashboard. Here, you can begin updating your Business Profile details and exploring the free Locable resources available to you.
