How to Access & Reply to Google Reviews in Locable and display them on your website
Available for the Build, Grow & Coordinate plans on the Locable Marketing Platform
You can link your Locable account to your Google Business Profile in order to synchronize date, push events from Locable into Google, and access your Google Reviews.
Accessing Google Reviews in your Locable account
Google Reviews will appear alongside any customer reviews you've generated through Locable's tools.
Click Feedback & Reviews > Manage Feedback & Reviews
3. Reviews from Google will appear with a G to the left
4. Like all reviews, you can edit them to associate them with Product Lines and Companies in addition to Replying to the Review. When you reply to Google reviews, your reply will appear on your Google Business Profile (subject to Google moderation & approval)
5. You can see publish status and change publish status
Reviews will be displayed on your website alongside other reviews using Locable Reviews Widget.
