Occasionally, people experience issues with audio and can't hear what is being said. We've found this is usually a setting in your browser that can be easily corrected.

Here is an example of how to correct the issue in Firefox:

To the left of the URL, there are a few icons. When you hover you can see that Autoplay with Sound may have been blocked.

Click the icon to reveal a few options (see below):

Go to the Autoplay sound option and click to change from Block to Allow... We recommend that you also click the Turn Off Blocking for This Site option.

You must then refresh the page to ensure you can hear properly
